Customer Care

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and shipped using the USPS Priority. Expedited orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by (2PM EST). Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
International Orders: We currently offer USPS for international orders. Kacey|Shana is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. 
Tax: We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of New York. For all New York orders a sales tax of 8.875% does apply.

Unworn and unwashed orders may be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange only with original tags and hygienic liner. We do not offer refunds. Worn, washed, items purchased with coupon codes, and final sale items cannot be exchanged. Kacey|Shana has full discretion in determining if the items are in their original condition when returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Kacey|Shana does not warranty items purchased at trunk shows or any other retailer.
